  • How do I search for an experience?

    From our home page you can search in many ways. By destination and experience type filtering down to a specific category to suit.

  • Do experiences need a minimum number of participants?

    This will depend on the type of experience chosen. Please check the description carefully before booking. Most of our experiences are guaranteed to depart, even with just one participant. So, you could get an experience all to yourself.

  • How do I book an experience?

    You search and find your ideal experience, choose your dates and simply book and pay! Your booking will be confirmed immediately, and you will receive details of your experience together with any required e-vouchers.

  • Which currencies are accepted?

    Tabl displays all prices in GBP.

  • What forms of payment are accepted?

    Most major credit and debit cards

  • Is my payment secure?

    You can be safe in the knowledge that we’re using an establishedthird party secure payment gateway, Stripe. does not store any of your confidential information, nor disclose any of your details, unless required to do so in a court of law.

  • How can I amend my booking?

    If you to amend an existing booking, you must contact Tabl immediately on An amendment fee may be charged. If the experience is unavailable for the changed date and you wish to cancel, cancellation charges may apply (please refer to “T&C’s” section 3.1 Cancellations by the participant).

  • How will I be reimbursed?

    Each experienceis advertised on with a “Cancellation Policy”. In the event of a cancellation policy not being displayed, please refer to “T&C’s” section 3.1 Cancellations by the participant.

  • Are your experiences accessible for people with physical disabilities?

    We try to make our experiences accessible whenever we can, but unfortunately, some destinations may be challenging for those with wheelchairs or other assistive devices. Please check the description carefully before booking.

  • What if I am late or miss the start of my experience?

    We recommend you allow plenty of time to arrive early for your experience, especially when you are in a new destination where transport can take longer than expected. Because we want to ensure our other guests can still enjoy their experience, our hosts will only wait a maximum of 15 minutes for you to arrive. If the experience starts without you, you will not be entitled to a refund. Please refer to Tabl’s Terms and Conditions.

  • What if my experience has been cancelled?

    If an experience is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the weather or equipment malfunction, you would simply be entitled to reschedule the date. A valid ticket has been generated, so you would not be entitled to a refund.

  • Once booked, can I change the date?

    Yes. Contact us as soon as possible so that we can check the experience is available on the date preferred. However, please note that if the experience is not available on that date, cancellation fees and admin fees may apply if you choose to cancel.

  • How much does it cost to become a partner?

    To sign up as a partner and start hosting your experiences on is completely FREE.

  • How do I upload my experience to

    Simply register and a member of our marketing team will contact you as soon as possible.Providing your experiences are available to us, we agree a contract ready to upload on your behalf. We only taking a set commission on bookings made through website. Alternatively, please feel free to contact us via email at for more information.

  • How do I get paid?

    All sales made via Tabl are paid minus any commission once the experience has been fulfilled by the client and you send us an invoice. Invoice us at Tabl and we will pay you the sale of experiences minus agreed commissions.  It’s as simple as 1,2,3!

  • How does the booking process work?

    By signing up we can provide an end to end booking process. During which, you will receive all customer details and any other additional requests required to confirm and complete the booking. If you wish to discuss the process further, please contact with any specific queries.

  • How do I manage price changes?

    Providing your availability, dates and prices are correct and up to date on with us, this will automatically pull through to Should you wish to remove any experiences altogether, please inform Tabl immediately so that Tabl can remove these experiences from their website.
